-
View the .pdf file
-
Select File > Print > (opt.) choose Pages
-
Use label stock that corresponds to the Label format you selected to generate the labels.
-
Print your test page
-
To adjust the alignment close the .pdf file to return to the Grainger Inventory Solutions application.
-
Use the Margin Adjustment fields to move the printed area up or down or left and right on the page. Unit of measure in these fields is inches or fractions of inches.
-
To move the printed area down, enter a positive number in the Top Margin Adjustment field.
For example to move the printed area down 1/2”, enter 0.5 in the Top Margin Adjustment field. -
To move the printed area up, enter a negative number in the Top Margin Adjustment field.
For example, to move the printed area up 1/4”, enter -0.25 in the Top Margin Adjustment field. -
To move the printed area to the right, enter a positive number in the Left Margin Adjustment field. For example, to move the printed area to the right 1 1/2”, enter 1.5 in the Left Margin Adjustment field.

To move the printed area to the left, enter a negative number in the Left Margin Adjustment field. For example, to move the printed area to the left by slightly less that 1/8”, enter -0.12.
